Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Press Play Graphics! Here's what you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if there are any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We ship via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at pressplygraffix@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage and we'll make it right.

Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship within the United States only.
