At Press Play Graphics, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Stock Items

We accept returns on standard stock items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and undamaged
In their original condition

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Custom Products

All custom or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Because these items are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
